This car wash maybe worth $3 definitely not worth $8 or more with the add-ons. First and definitely last time I'll ever go. The rags on the car wash look like they haven’t been replaced in 10 years
Had my car detailed. Went in a mess, a real mess, and it smells great and looks 5 yrs old again . (Its 12.)
they damange your car, promise to pay for the damage then refuse when you leave. I have been going to them for over 6 years. They got a new track installed and it destroyed my front tire. Right through the side wall because the track was over 3 inches. The manager swore up and down they would pay for the tire and fix it. I told him it was through the side wall there was no fixing that it would have to be replaced and he said no problem they would take care of it. I had to back out with my flat tire, call road side to get it replaced. I left my name and number with the manager who told me the owner would be calling me first thing in the morning. Guess who never called. I went to NTB in Mentor to get it replaced, and 269 dollars later I went home. It was now 2 P.M. and no call from the owner so I decided to call them. I spoke to the owner who told me he needed the original tire before they would do anything. When I asked why he told me they would only pay for what % was left on the tire, that it was not fair for him to buy me a new tire if it was bald. I explained to him it was a 2010 and no matter what because of his neglence I had to buy a new tire. He insisted he needed the old tire, so I called NTB and they still had it. When picked it up I asked him how much tread, percentage wise was left on it. He told me 80 to 85%. So I left the tire and my number on sunday. Today is tuesday and no phone call, so I called again. He tells me the tire has 58% tread left and they will only pay for the tire part not the road hazard(which I had on the previous tire they destroyed). So I am out 131 dollars due to his neglegence and refusal to pay for it as well as him being some sort of better tire expert than NTB who sell tires (and had no reason to lie to me since I already paid for the new tire). So for 131 bucks he lost two five + year customers.
