The workers are super nice and helpful to where if the idem was not in the store the ordered it online for me
I was at Avenue in Willowick, OH. I bought a really pretty white blouse. After the cashier finish ringing me out, she informed me that the store didn't have any bags to put my merchandise in. She then folded my white blouse and handed it to me with my receipt. I then say "Are you kidding me? She in turn tells me she'll put it in a big white garbage bag. I asked her if she would put my blouse on a hanger and put the garbage bag over it. She says to me she couldn't give me the hanger because of store policy. This was the worse experience I've had since shopping Avenue and I am a dedicated and a frequent shopper at that. I think I was treated very disrespectfully and believe I should be given a gift card for the money I spent. This experience was very humiliating.
Found some great bargins
This store has pleasant attentive staff. I encouraged my wife not to shop at the Avenue in Michigan because of the use of inferior materials that didn't hold up. We are giving them a retry after a two year hiatus and a move to Ohio. Hopefully, things have improved!
