After an hour work out, a massage helps 100% of workout after effects(sore muscles,etc).
Love this place! The price is right. They got everything. All you do is show up, work out and be fit!
What's not to like? For a mere $11 a month you get 24 hour access to a fully equipped exercise center. I love Planet Fitness!
This gym is great. I have never had an issue with feeling uncomfortable while working out. I see a lot of gym members that are there to truly better themselves which motivates me as well. Employees are easy to get a hold of and are willing to help.
I swear I LOVE THIS PLACE. IF I could LIVE there I would. Its something about the motivation + atmosphere that Keeps you wanting to keep going. They have everything laid out for everyone, from rookie to pro as far as machines go. They even have aerobics classes at some centers....
-1 for being a place for self-improvement and having candy/bagels/pizza for members. What's the message you're trying to send people?

Has (mostly) everything I need. When something breaks, they are good about fixing it quickly. The front desk is friendly and helpful. It gets busy some days, but since it's 24/7 I can just come back later-- great for nightowls.
This is a great place for overall fitness. Serious weight lifters should find another gym for heavier weight, but what's here is more than enough for what most people need.
