The doctor was fabulous but when I was speaking with the nurse she was outrageously rude. my grandmother was with me and had spoken up about some things that I had forgotten to tell the nurse. The nurse seemed annoyed and told her that she was speaking with me and didn’t want to hear anything from her. She basically told her to shut up. first of all, my grandmother is there for a reason. I told her she was allowed to say something that I may have forgotten so we didnt leave any important details out. She had no right to be so rude and she should not be treating patients and their family members like that. I mean if you don’t like your job then don’t do it?
Horrible every time. Waiting nearly an hour for an 1130am appointment. Should have just went to urgent care next door. There's always a ridiculous wait here . Very unprofessional.
Awful experience. While the wait time, and interaction with the RN were both fine, my encounter with the physician was awful. He was insensitive, he rushed, he insisted that there was “nothing wrong” and that he “didn’t give doctors notes”. he offered no true suppprt or suggestions. Even if there’s no diagnosis, one would expect to hear things like “rest” or “drink fluids to stay hydrated” but all i received was a “I can’t even say anything your vitals are fine so, there’s nothing wrong with you” what a waste of my time and $35 copay.
I go here pretty often - never had a problem so far. Pretty typical doctor's office. Wait times are reasonable.
Waited over 3 hours just to be seen. worse place i've ever been.
